CIPP
A cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) is one of several trenchless rehabilitation methods used to repair existing pipelines. CIPP is a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe and Empipe has the capability of repairing pipes ranging from 50mm (2”) to 1200mm (48”).
Structural Rehabilitation
For assets that need protection from chemicals and abrasion or structural rehabilitation, Empipe’s solutions of choice are Sprayroq’s proven SprayWall© and SprayShield Green 2 coatings. Their quality standards are similar to our own, insisting on proven results with long-term success. Empipe is a Certified Application Partner for Sprayroq spray-applied liner systems.
Protective Coatings
Sprayroq’s proven GreenShield coatings are our choice for the interior of pipes that need protection from chemicals and abrasion. We apply their UMI Polyurea Coatings for concrete restoration on projects from parking lots to bridges and secondary containment structures, which meet MTO performance guidelines for Ministry of Transportation applications.
Robotic Cutting
Empipe’s robotic cutting services have saved general contractors thousands of dollars by remotely repairing defects in pipes, avoiding the excessive cost and out-of-service time required by excavations.
Manhole and Lift Station Repairs
Empipe offers a full range of services for Manhole (Maintenance Hole) Rehabilitation. For these vertical applications, we may use lining products, chemical grouting, cementitious mortar repairs, for a temporary fix before spray-applied coatings can be installed and concrete and polyurethane for benching repairs.
